High Steer Crossover Steering Kit

Are you putting Toyota axles under your Samurai? We recommend high steer crossover steering with a Toyota IFS steering box on the outside of the frame rail.   Our high steer kit features unbeatable quality at a super low price. Kit features super beefy, solid forged steering arms, heavy duty pitman arm, heavy duty .250 wall steering rods, and greasable ends. Precision fit for easy assembly. We offer both flat and drop pitman arms depending on the angle you choose to mount your steering box. Installation requires welding to create a mounting point for the steering box and modifying the steering shaft.

TOYOTA & SAMURAI AXLE U-Bolt Flip Kit

 

U-bolt flip kits help increase ground clearance under your rig. Stock u-bolts face down and offer a snag point for rock and trail debris. Our u-bolt flip kit point the spring bolt up and out of harm way. This results in better ground clearance and less damage to the thread section of the bolt.

Each kit contains two flip plates and four 9/16" bolts with nuts and washers. Front kits will accommodate spring packs up to 2" thick. Rear kit will accommodate spring packs up to 2.5" thick. Crossover steering  required for installation of flip kit. Unpainted finish

Universal Shock Hoop Kit

 

The Universal Shock Hoop Kit is long enough to accommodate a 14” shock, but not so long that you cannot use a 12“ shock. The shock hoops are made out of 1035 DOM and are precision CNC bent to ensure the highest quality product. From the top of the hoop to the bottom it measures 16”, and from the weldment mounting surface to the shock eye brackets measures 13”. The Universal Shock Hoop Kit is perfect for the guy who wants to run 14” shocks but does not want to cut out his fender wells.

WE TAKE 4 PACK YJ MAIN LEAF SPRINGS AND MAKE THEM SHORTER, ADD NEW POLLY BUSHINGS.  THEN BUILD THE HARDWARE TO INSTALL THEM ON THE FRONT OF A SAMURAI. THIS ALLOWS A GREAT RIDE THAT FLEXES GREAT, RIDES SMOOTH AND HAS A GREAT APPROACH ANGLE. ANOTHER GREAT THING ABOUT THIS SUSPENSION IS IT DOESN'T REQUIRE A LONG TRAVEL DRIVESHAFT.

The finest shackle reversal system available for the Samurai!

 

Our shackle reversal is designed with hardcore 4-wheeling in mind.  Perfect for rough dirt roads or the toughest rockcrawling trails, our suspension kit allows for the smoothest ride and maximum articulation possible (40+ inches if set up optimally).  This kit allows you to use the leaf springs from the 1986-1995 Jeep Wranger YJ, which are longer, wider, and softer than any spring available for the Samurai.  Coupled with a shackle reversal in front, this kit performs like a coil spring conversion, without the associated cost and complexity.

This kit works with axles in the stock spring-under-axle (SPUA) configuration, although most people have set it up with a spring-over-axle (SPOA) setup for maximum ground clearance and articulation.  All parts needed are provided, including the mounting hardware, but the springs are not, in the interest of helping you save on shipping expenses.  Jeep YJ springs are easy to obtain; call us for details.  SUMO driveshafts are recommended, but not included.

Our Front YJ Wrangler Shackle Reversal System is a complete weld-on kit that includes 2 front spring hangers, *2 "BACK-OFF" shackles, 2 SPOA pads, 2 spring plates, and all necessary bolts and hardware.

Our Rear YJ Wrangler Spring System is a complete weld or bolt-on kit that includes 2 spring locating boxes, 2 Samurai-to-YJ shackles, 2 SPOA pads, 2 spring plates, and all necessary bolts and hardware.  Rear CJ spring locating boxes are also available.  Call or email for details.

Suzuki Samurai Aluminum Wheel Spacers

 

These bolt-on wheel spacers are designed to give you a little more width without changing out your axle for a wider one.  Features safety graded studs and matching nuts for proper fit. Spacers are 1.25" and 1.5" thick. Made from Billet 6061-T6 aluminum. Grade 8 Studs, Grade 10.9 nuts. Only high quality nuts and studs that are hardness graded and stamped are used. Spacers feature precision machined surfaces for proper fit and contact with wheels and hubs
